If you book a Premium Upgrade, you’ll still need to purchase a festival ticket (General Admission, VIP, or Golden).  

If you book Presidents Circle, your wristband gives you access for the day of your booking.  

For Premium upgrades. you and your group must enter through our regular festival gates and proceed to the Sky Terrace to collect your wristbands    

For the Presidents Circle, you will enjoy private access, and you will be escorted to the Sky Terrace. All details will be provided to you via email.

The lead booker and everyone in your group needs to show up together to collect wristbands. No solo pick-ups!  

You must be 18+ and show a valid ID to access the Sky Terrace. That means a passport or driving license only.

If you book Presidents Circle, you’ll receive a wristband that gives you access to the VIP and Golden Circle areas, but only on the day your booking is valid. 

If you book a Premium Upgrade, your access depends on the type of festival ticket you’ve purchased (General Admission, VIP, or Golden Circle). 

If you book the Presidents Circle or Premium Upgrade Package, your wristband works only for that day. If you’ve booked multiple days, you’ll get a different wristband each day.

All table bookings are non-refundable; once it’s locked in, it’s yours.

Tables need to arrive before 7PM. After that, we can’t guarantee your space. Come through on time and enjoy the vibes. 

There’s no strict dress code, but we encourage guests to arrive as your elevated selves - styled for celebration, comfort, and confidence.

Hennessy bottle packages are included in the table packages, please check on purchase the inclusions to your specific package. A full range of beverages and bottles will also be available for purchase on the night. 

A curated selection of food will be available to purchase within the Sky Terrace. Food is not included in Sky Terrace packages and will be available at an additional cost.
