2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to entrants aged 18 years or over.

Open worldwide, excluding employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the promoters or affiliated companies.

Entry is limited to one entry per person.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete all of the following:

• Follow @afronation and @traceplusglobal on Instagram

• Tag at least one friend in the comments of the competition post

• Share the competition post to their Instagram Story

• Download the Trace+ app

No purchase is necessary to enter.

The competition runs until 23:59 GMT on Sunday 12 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. PRIZE

The prize includes:

•  1 x hotel room at the Trace Hotel (Kimpton Atlântico Algarve) during Afro Nation Portugal 2026

•  2 x VIP Festival Tickets to Afro Nation Portugal 2026

Additional details:

Exact stay dates, room type, and package inclusions are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the promoter.

The prize does not include flights, visas, insurance, or additional expenses unless explicitly stated.

Prizes are:

•  Non-transferable

• Non-refundable

• No cash alternative

The promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM within 5 days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the promoters reserve the right to select another winner.

6. PRIZE REDEMPTION

Full redemption details will be shared directly with the winner.

The prize is valid for Afro Nation Portugal 2026 only and cannot be transferred to another year.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will only be used to administer the competition and contact the winner.

8. GENERAL

The promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.

AFRO NATION PORTUGAL 2026 FAN PRESENTER COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTOR

The promoter of this competition is Malachite PRT, Unipessoal LDA, Avenida do Brasil, No. 15 – 1º, 1749-112 Lisboa, Portugal.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2. Entrants must be valid holders of a ticket to Afro Nation Portugal 2026 at the time of entry and may be required to provide proof of ticket purchase or ownership.

2.3. The competition is open to residents worldwide, excluding employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter and any companies directly connected with the administration of this competition.

2.4. Entrants must have a valid public Instagram account and TikTok account in order to enter.

2.5. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.

2.6. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

3.1. The competition opens on 13/04/26 and closes at 23:59 BST on 26/04/26.

3.2. The winner will be announced on 27/04/26.

3.3. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. To enter, participants must, during the competition period:

a) post an original video on Instagram and TikTok explaining three (3) reasons why they should be selected as the first ever official ANP26 Fan Presenter;

b) tag the relevant Afro Nation social account(s) in the video;

c) include the hashtag #ANP26SOCIALPRESENTER in the post caption and/or video post;

d) follow Afro Nation, Piano People, and Lit Everywhere on Instagram;

e) like and share the relevant competition post; and

f) send a direct message to the Promoter containing:

a link to their competition video;

proof that they are following the required social accounts;

their full name; and

their email address.

4.2. The entry video must be the entrant’s own original work and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

4.3. The entry video must clearly demonstrate confidence, capability, genuine love for the Afro Nation brand, and appreciation for what Afro Nation does for the culture.

4.4. Incomplete, invalid, misleading, fraudulent, late, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

4.5. No purchase other than holding a valid ANP26 ticket is necessary to participate in the competition mechanic described above.

5. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

5.1. By entering, participants confirm that their entry:

is original and created by them;

does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or inappropriate content;

does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and

complies with the applicable terms of use and community guidelines of Instagram and TikTok.

5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any entry that it considers, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, non-compliant, or contrary to the Afro Nation brand values.

6. PRIZE

6.1. There will be one (1) winner selected in total.

6.2. The winner will receive the opportunity to act as the official ANP26 Fan Presenter for one (1) festival day at Afro Nation Portugal 2026.

6.3. The precise scope, timing, format, responsibilities, and duration of the Fan Presenter role shall be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

6.4. The prize does not include any cash payment, employment contract, long-term engagement, travel, accommodation, meals, spending money, insurance, styling, or other expenses unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing.

6.5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.6. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value, or to amend the prize accordingly where reasonably necessary.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

7.1. This is a skill-based competition. The winner will be selected by the Promoter’s team based on the quality of the eligible entries received.

7.2. Entries will be judged on criteria including, but not limited to:

confidence and on-camera presence;

communication skills and presenting capability;

creativity and originality;

authenticity and enthusiasm for the Afro Nation brand; and

demonstrated appreciation for what Afro Nation represents for the culture.

7.3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.4. The winner may be contacted via direct message and/or the email address provided on entry on or after 27/04/26.

7.5. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, or is unable to prove eligibility, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7.6. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of age, identity, eligibility, ticket ownership, and any other information reasonably required for prize administration.

8. PARTICIPATION AND AVAILABILITY

8.1. The winner must be available to participate in the Fan Presenter opportunity on the festival day specified by the Promoter.

 8.2. If the winner is unavailable, unwilling, or unable to participate on the required date or in the required format, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

 8.3. The winner may be required to sign additional release forms, filming consents, appearance releases, or other reasonable documentation before taking part.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLICITY

9.1. By entering the competition, entrants grant the Promoter and its affiliated companies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, repost, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and communicate their entry content, name, image, likeness, social handle, and biographical details for the purposes of administering, promoting, and publicising the competition and Afro Nation, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9.2. Entrants confirm they have obtained any permissions necessary from any third party appearing in their content.

9.3. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the competition and prize.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

10.1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

10.2. By entering, participants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility or liability in relation to the competition, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1. Personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants and the winner, verifying eligibility, and arranging prize fulfilment.

11.2. Where necessary for administration of the competition or prize, personal data may be shared with third-party service providers, contractors, or affiliated companies acting on behalf of the Promoter.

11.4. By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information for these purposes.

12. GENERAL

12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or acts in any way that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise detrimental to the fair and proper operation of the competition.

12.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw this competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, misdirected, or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons.

12.4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12.5. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
